Mukesh Sharma is the CEO of Angel Tax Compliances Pvt. Ltd. He is a highly qualified professional holding, CA, MBA, LLB qualifications. He has over 22years of rich and exhaustive experience across varied industries and has led various consulting and leadership assignments, of many Indian and Multinational Companies. He is an expert in Indian Tax Compliances & Project Management Best Practices. He has also trained and mentored many Tax and Project professionals on Indian Tax Planning & Global Best Practices of Project Management, across industries. Before joining as CEO of Angel Tax Compliances Pvt. Ltd., worked with BIG4 Consulting firms, on senior consulting positions. In the last 22 years, he has led his teams in successful delivery of more than 2000 small and large consulting assignments in Taxation, Software, Pharmaceuticals, R & D, Power, Banking, Automotive & Airport projects, etc.

Sapna Sharma is GM (Accounts and GST), responsible for the strategy and execution of Accounting & GST compliance management teams of AngelTax. He started his career with AngelTax almost 10 years back and risen through the ranks. He has successfully handled Accounts and GST assignments of more than 100 Corporate clients and more than 1000 individual clients at AngelTax. During his tenure at AngelTax, Mukesh has transformed the Accounts outsourcing teams by updating the skills of his teams, leading to double-digit growth, building the partner ecosystem, and collaborating to deliver on the go-to-market strategy. Additionally, Mukesh’s commitment to advocating for talent and fostering a diverse workforce, highlights his dedication, to not only driving business results, but also nurturing a positive company culture.
Sachin Kumar \ Chief Compliance Officer \ MBA (HR)/ CS/ B.Com
Sachin kumar is the Chief Compliance Officer of AngelTax. She is responsible for implementing Tax compliance systems for client companies of AngelTax. In a career spanning over 15 years, she has worked for leading private and public sector companies, setting up verticals, policies and processes in compliances. In her current role, she is responsible for designing and maintaining an effective compliance framework for the clients of AngelTax. She is a qualified Company Secretary and CISA Certified. She provides independent assurance to clients regarding their Tax compliance status with all applicable regulations. She also supports business teams in defining regulatory requirements and development of controls across businesses.
